Great app helps me fall asleep.
Ive tried many meditation apps and CDs. This one and Simply Being are two of my favorites. The womans voice is soft and soothing. You can separately set the volume for the voice and the music and there are three durations to choose from.
There are a lot of meditation apps out there. And Ive tried a dozen. This one is simple, intuitive, & flexible. Perfect for my efforts to get 5-30min daily meditation to somehow fit into my busy life.
I just put on the 24 minute complete relaxation option and I truly did relax a lot despite my familys chaos outside my door. I fell asleep as I was so relaxed and woke up two hours later:) It was a great rest for the weekend; what a great feeling it is to wake up relaxed and refreshed!

Im an ER nurse and sometimes when I come home and I need to get to sleep right away this is exactly what I need to let go of the day. The app itself is intuitive and simple, it does exactly what it needs to do.

This is such a helpful tool for falling asleep. Her voice is so soothing as is the background music. My mind usually races when I go to bed but this meditation has put a stop to that!
This is my favorite app for going to sleep. Nice basics of mediation without being technical. Background music is a little cheesy however.
Awesome to use before going to bed or when you feel stressed. I love the choice of music in the back.
This app works phenomenally. I will lie down to sleep even if I dont feel tired and listen to the deep rest meditation and it puts me to sleep within 15minutes every time. It helps me let go of all the stress I am holding onto from the day so I can calm my mind and fall asleep. Definitely worth the investment.
I suffer from anxiety and have trouble falling asleep at night, or often during the day just need something for my mind to focus on other than whatever it has decided to torment me with. Listening to this distracts my thoughts and calms me, I always end up asleep, or at least calmed down before it ends.
The meditation helps me to slow down and remember to breathe.
I use this almost every night to wind down. The only thing I would change if I could is an option of both male and female guide voices. I often prefer a male voice to a female one and I think others might as well.
