Wonderfully relaxing...

This is a great meditation app. I love the flexibility of all of the options: length of session, background sound, purpose, and separate voice/noise volume controls. I use it daily and am really able to feel grounded and relaxed when it is done. Thank you for this opportunity for meditation!
