Helps me fall asleep so quickly!

I bought this because of a beauty and lifestyle blogger I follow; I am so happy I did! I havent heard the end of any session yet as it helps me fall asleep right away. I also bought the simply being app (sister app) but havent tried it out yet. Its worth purchasing this one!
